The primary method of communication shall remain via email and telephone. Therefore, please make sure the email address and phone number you provide us with is right. All order and dispatch approvals will be sent to the email address as well as the phone number you provide.

If you have selected a domestic or business address for delivery, once you have received your order confirmation your delivery will be due the following day (excluding Sundays).

Estimated Arrival of Deliveries
All orders received online at Rico Diamonds are managed and, depending on the stock availability, are dispatched as quickly as possible and usually delivered in 1-3 working days. All deliveries will be made to you at the address listed by you in the order. We may, at our preference and expenditure, supply parts of your order distinctly. If we are unable to deliver the products at the address you have specified for any reason, we will notify you. If you wish to have your order delivered to a different address, a signature may be required and the general conditions of delivery will remain unchanged.
In order to reduce the risk of a marketed item being unavailable on our website, we pride ourselves on keeping an up-to-date high-tech record of all items kept. If Ricodiamonds.com is unable to fulfill your requested order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and we will conduct a payment reversal if the transaction has been processed. We would try our best to offer you an alternative product.
Even though items are sent via safe courier, on unusual incidents we do experience losses in transit. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you think your order has been lost. Please ensure that you contact us within 30 days of placing the order.
Credit/Debit Card Payment

You won’t be charged for these products and the amount already paid will be refunded to your credit card/debit card account.

Message Card and Gift Wrapping
Rico Diamonds offer a luxury gift wrapping service. All products are dispatched in a standard box. The ones that you choose to be gift wrapped are wrapped by us in a luxury wrapping paper and ribbon with a gift tag. We have a right to withdraw this service at any time.
The jewelry that you purchase from us requires care to maintain its splendor and wearability. Wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth to eliminate traces of perfume and fingerprints. The jewelry needs to be cleaned delicately and brushing must be avoided to keep the shine of the diamond intact. Use of abrasive cleansers, alcohol, and ammonia must be avoided. The diamond jewelry must be worn after applying makeup, hairspray and perfumes. We recommend keeping the store pieces in the packaging delivered and never throw or stock pieces in a jewelry box as they may get scratched.
